Memory Screenings and Support
We are excited to offer free memory screenings and individualized memory support planning with Executive Director and Certified Dementia Practitioner Carrie Brister. The screening, which is a series of questions and tasks, is offered through the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America and will take place at Olney Assisted Living a memory care community.
The results of the screening do not qualify as a diagnosis but will indicate if a person would benefit from a more extensive exam with their physician. Following the screening, which takes about 15 minutes, Carrie will assist in developing an individualized memory support plan.
